We ship with Royal Mail, DHL & DPD who offer a prompt and reliable delivery service. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with courier timescales and estimated delivery dates. We use different couriers based on your location to ensure suitable delivery.

All delivery dates are quoted in working days as our office is shut on the weekends and unable to deliver over the weekend. For personalised clothing please allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery - this is UK Mainland delivery and may be longer for International orders although we do endeavour to deliver to normal timescales for personalised products. Payment is taken at the time you place the order, if you wish to cancel the order before dispatch, a full refund will be given accordingly.


If a customer from overseas would like to arrange their own delivery method to reduce costs then this can be arranged. Spoilt Rotten cannot be held responsible due to any damage caused in transit caused by the customers selected courier. Please email us with details prior to placing your order. 


Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You will also receive an email shortly after from the courier direct, which will detail your full tracking number, how to track your order and estimated time and date of delivery.

It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Spoilt Rotten purchase. 

For US shipping if the value is under $200 USD you will not have to pay duties, over this amount you will have to pay import tax. 

Please check the Royal Mail website for any taxes and duties that you may not be aware of.

For Returns: the product must be packed with a Note above the address stating the goods are been returned. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded - at the customers expense.


Our processing time is 2-3 working days so if you do wish to cancel please do so within 24 hours before despatch of the item for us to offer a full refund.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order for our CUSTOM item, we need to be informed within 5 hours of placing the order with your message. If we are not made aware within this time frame then we cannot cancel or amend the item and no refund will be offered.


Delivery Charges Overseas Within Europe (4--5 working days)
We charge a Delivery fee of £7.99 on each order. (some products may also carry an additional cost)

Rest of the World (6-12 working days)
We charge a Delivery fee of £10.99 on each order.

UK Mainland Shipping (1-2 working days)
We charge a Delivery fee of £3.49 on each order. (some products may also carry an additional cost)

Orders with a value of more than £40.00 qualify for free Delivery. (UK Mainland Only)
